Geolocation by Map - Where should 0,0,0 be?

Why do I need to specify my 0,0,0 point when using Geolocation by Map? Can I not bring in Live Maps to an empty drawing and lay my points over it accurately?

Try secifying a coordinate system first and be sure to have an object in the project vicinity in the drawing.

(your points are fine for the object)

Then use the Geomap command & sign into 360 when prompted.
