i try to convert a closed polyline with elevation 0 in feature line. i take a message

Hello

This mean the polyline has been created in a UCS, not in WCS.
So, switch back to WCS (command _UCS W), then FLATTEN the polyline...(you will loose Z)
Now you can convert it to a Feature line.

Make sens ?

Then the fast way...
UCS W , Select the polyline, EXPLODE, PEDIT Join (pick one segment + select all the other with a window selection)
This new PLINE should convert to FL without issue.
