freeze surface style in layouts, is it possible?

Hello,

I made a drawing with several grading and surfaces showing successive/cumulative land refills.

I want to do a layout for each phase (each filling) but I cannot find a way to freeze the *surface style* in a layout.

For example:

in a first layout, I want :

surface A is shown with contours 1m 5m while the surface B is hidden (style = _no display)

in a second layout, I want :

both surfaces shown with contours 1m 5m

I hope somebody can help,

Thanks and regards,

Pedro Torres,

Civil eng.

Put the Surfaces on different layers.....default is usually C-TOPO, so leave on on that layer, make another for the other one.

Set them all to the same style and place each surface on their own unique layers which you freeze/thaw as required for the layout.

You can't "freeze" a style.

In your template, modify your Object Layers in drawing settings to have a suffix - this will then create the surfaces on different layers automatically (but doesn't dynamically delete the layer if you delete the surface)
