Flash player error

Just reinstalled Civil 3D and the little ribbon videos no longer work - latest Flash is installed

Hi Neil,

 

You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the Flash player from the Civl 3D Welcome screen.

How do i get the welcome screen to display - it's the first thing i turned off....!!!!
