FILEDIA variable switching to 0 often

For some reason my FILEDIA variable switches to "0" often and randomly. I am running the .dwt shipped with C3D 2011 and C3D 2012 with custom civil styles added. Any ideas on what could be toggling it?

Thanks!

James
