file path visible on top of autocad window

Does anyone know how to set the drawing file path so it shows up at the top of my screen when I am in an autocad session? Currently all I see is "Autocad Civil 3D".......thanks

Sure, Options>Open & Save Tab>check "Display Full Path in title" on upper right of dialog.

Do you know the command line version of this to put in my acaddoc.lsp - it seems to reset itself after a crash

Interesting, seems to stay here, always launch via a desktop icon using a profile switch which loads our custom profile.

 

Sorry, I'm not aware of any command or setting variable controlling this.

 

If it helps I was able to find the value in the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>AutoDesk>version #>Profiles>Profile Name>General>ShowFullPathInTitle
