Feature Style>Display Tab: Plan vs Model?

Under the feature style definition, on the Display tab, there is a drop down list that includes (among others) Plan & Model options.

What is "Model"?

3D view
i.e. when you use an orbit or select a view like "SW Isometric"

oh -- ok.  That explains why it never seems to effect my stuff.  I don't really use 3d views much.  And on the rare occasions that I HAVE, I wasn't turning this setting on or off.

Thanks.

Yeah, me either. Not much use for 3D stuff, although it is fun to have a look at now & then.
