Feature line with vertical curve

Is it possible to create a feature line with a vertical curve. Right now what I see is straight grades from PI to PI is that correct? Any help is appreciated.

Not out of the box. You could approximate the vertical curve by using elevation points, a custom program could be created to facilitate it without creating each and every elevation point by hand (in 2009).

You can create a feature line from an alignment and
profile in 2009. The profile can have a vertical curve. The feature line
generated from the profile will have a tesselated
size=3>vertical curve.
