F1 key quit working

I installed Infrastructure Design Suite 2013 on my pc to try and now I can't get any help when using 2012.

F1 doesn't work and neither does any of the buttons on the Help ribbon.

Any ideas???

I haven't uninstalled the 2013 version yet. Was hoping to not have to.

Changed my options to use Internet Explorer for the help browser and it started working. 🙂

Hi Mike,

I'm having the same problem.  Can you tell me how you did this?  Can't find where to change this option.  Thanks in advance!
