Exporting curved feature lines and retaining the elevations

is it possible to convert feature line from one civil 3d 2014 file to other by only copy it with base point and paste it in other file with the same elevations and grade?? or have to do something else?

The most direct way is to copy to the clip board using the base point option (origin coordinates 0,0) and paste to the new drawing using the same origin.
