Exporting All Layouts to PDF

I Can't think of what might be making this happen, but when I export a single layout to PDF (or to a printer) everything works out as normal. When I Export all Layouts to PDF, my text changes fonts and inserts squares for only some of the characters. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

>> When I Export all Layouts to PDF

How do you do that? Using command _EXPORT or command _PUBLISH?

If _PUBLISH then what pagesetup have you set?

Yes, I have tried using the publish command but get the same results.

Does the Publish report show the proper profile being used?  In some circumstances I've seen Publish fail saying "Can't find CTB (blah.ctb)", because the profile listed wasn't the active profile.  Not your immediate problem, I know, but its the only thing I can think of.
