When I run the command, it works. Can you provide a bit more information? Are you getting anything from the command or just that message?

What format are you exporting to? What is the location to where you are saving the export to? What objects are you exporting, Civil3D objects or AutoCAD entities?

Do you have any frozen layers?

Are you exporting from paper space or model space?

Do you have any drefs or xrefs?

Try turning layers off instead of freezing, export from model space, bind xrefs, promote drefs.

Before trying the above, can you go to a different machine and try it form there? Not sure why, but sometimes just using a different machine seems to work.
