EXPORT CIVIL3D SECTIONS TO ACAD-HUGE ELEVATIONS ON SECTION LINES?

Hi There,

We have a Civil3d file we have exported to ACAD and for some strange reason its giving the section lines huge elevations, we want them on z0 as you would exspect. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Allan,

I took a look at the Testacad12145 detail 1.dwg and I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary with the elevations for an Export to AutoCad dwg.

What version and service pack are you using? I verified the dwg format as 2013 and opened them here using 2014 sp1.

Please provide additional details so we aren't guessing as to layer names of objects with the Z issues etc. or better yet a screen capture or something in the acad export dwg,  drawing attention to the problem area.

Thanks for the reply jay,

if you click on the section in the middle and top you will see an elevation for the section lines, I worked out once they are exploded they behave.
