Got it to work with Civil3D 2011, not sure if this is even still an issue.
Select your alignment that you wish to export. Under the toolbar select Geometry Editor a new toolbar will open select Alignment Grid View. Right click on the top line, copy all. Then just paste this into your excel spreadsheet. Hope this is helpful for anyone who is still looking for a solution to this problem.
depending on your needs, you can also use Alignment Reports these days.
Toolspace → Toolbox → Reports Manager → Alignment → Pick your favorite.
I often use the PI Station Report. Unfortunately, there is a bit of post-processing that I still have to do in order to translate the report into a reasonable format, but it helps, so I wanted to share!
