Exploding Feature Lines

I've got a 3D curve featureline with just 2 points (different elevations).  I want to make this a 3D polyline, but when I explode it it has just 4 points, and looks jagged.  How can i explode the featureline to have more points, and for a smoother looking curve?

Try adding Elevation Points using the Increment option.

While Allen's suggestion works fine for 1 or 2 featurelines, if you have a number of them to do there is a better way. In the Site properties is a property for Curve Tesselation: Mid-ordinate distance. See my 2 replies in THIS thread for specifics and examples.

Thanks Jeff. I couldn't seem to drag that out of my brain today. Didn't hit it with Google either. So I resorted to what I could remember.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.

But any Idea where to find the setting for "siteless" Featurelines?
