Exctracting External data notes

Hi,

I have added text as notes to lines in my dwg (Properties -> Extended Data -> Documentation -> Notes). Is there a way to extract these notes with the lines to which they are attached? Like something similar as the simple dataexctraction: start and end coordinates and the notes of the line to excel? And if not, then I'd like to know is the only way to show these notes to open the properties window?

I was thinking EATTEXT command can extract the notes but it doesn't see it.
