every thin in white in my laout instead of colors (see PIC)

i have a dwg with many layouts but on of them is in white instead of colors
i tried to open it on another computer and was ok
it is only on a specific computer does have the problem

and also there is a were msg on the command line when the drawing is loaded

Did you use a template that has predefined styles? It looks like you used
acad.dwt which has only Standard styles which are all colored bylayer and on
layer 0.

Or display with plot styles is checked and the plot style is set to a Black
& White style.
