etransmit, root drawing is not placed in root directoy

Etransmit in C3D 2014 gives messy results, root drawing is not placed in the root folder but additional subfolder is created.

The path option 'use organized folder structure' is selected. Also other oddities are present, as linked files are duplicated in subfolders etc.

There was the same issue in Civil 2013, which was fixed with a service pack.
