Error when migrating Pre-Civil 3D 2007 project

This is what the errors look like. I get several before I get the fatal error.

what do you mean by migrating?

Importing data, or just the dwg?

In Prospector, when I right click Projects, I get a menu. On this menu, I have an option to Migrate a Pre-Civil 3D 2007 Project.

I don't have vault installed at this second, so I have a feeling that is why
I don't have a projects option in my prospector.

I take it you have an 06 project setup somewhere- with drawing shortcuts and
references?

I think that it what it is looking for. Maybe some of the vault gurus can
help. Sorry I'm not up on my vault yet.
