Error in opening Civil 3D

When I open up a new or old drawing I get this responce in a diolog box:

'Cannot find the resource string number 25202 in resource 626393088

: AeccUiLand80

Cannot find the resource string number 3898 in resource AeccUiLand80.

Cannot find the resource string number 25202 in resource 626393088

: AeecUiLand80'

With the last two lines repeated twice more.  This just started today and I have turn off and on the computer and have also reinstalled Civil 3D.

My computer/software is a:

Dell optiplex 745 Intel(R) Core 2  6600 @ 2.4 GHz, 2.39 GHz 2.00 GB of RAM

Radeon X1300/x1550 Duel Monitor (Dell)

Windows XP professional Version 2002 Service pack 2

AutoCAD C3D 2011

It seems the issue you have may be related to user profile only. To test it, see if you can login as different user to the same machine and see if you still get an error.
