EPSG code 3311 - wrong description field

The window that loads using the command MAPCSASSIGN shows an incorrect description for EPSG code 3311.

The correct description is: HARN/CA Albers Equal Area for California, Meters

Hi Larry,

That's right - EPSG 3311 should reference NAD 83 (not NAD 27). It appears that the coordinate system parameters are OK; just the description is off.
