End Section for Profile that adjusts to pipe size

Would anyone be willing to share an end section profile style that adjusts to the attached pipe size.  I have been trying for days to create this style and I cannot get it to work.  ANY help is greatly appreciated.

Those examples do not look like a FES to me. Also, as Engineers we consider the FES as pipe length.

We need an FES solution from the Civil 3D staff.... for years already...
