Editing the Design Speed of an existing alignment

I have an existing alignment defined and need to change the design speed from 60mph down to 25mph. When I go into the Alignment Properties, Design Criteria tab, C3D won't let me edit the design speed. I can add a new design speed, but I can not edit the station or design speed for it either. If it matters, the Constraint Editing tab has the Lock all parameter constraints checked and grayed out.

Is it possible you are trying to edit a Data Shorcut of the alignment? If so go to the source drawing to edit
