If I have a arch pipe with a label that reads "36" x 58.50" ARCH RCP", how do I edit the text to read 36" x 58 1/2" ARCH RCP?

hello,

You need to edit the style of the text content of the label and change the style of the unit.

Thanks.

Change it here.

Toolspace>Settings Tab>Pipe>Label Styles>Plan Profile>Pipe label style name>Layout Tab>Component Name>Pipe Data>Text contents>

pipe label.PNG

Unless your style is reading the "Material Name" parameter from the Parts List then it may be more appropriate to edit the "Material Name" in Parts List.
