I am trying to add a rectangular headwall to both ends of a 24"x24" box culvert using "Structures Only" in the network layout tools. The plan view of it comes in rotated due north not perpendicular to the end of the box culvert and it fights me when I try to rotate it. It also puts in a very short piece of 24"x24" box culvert (0.2' long on one end and 0.0' long on the other).
Any suggestions on how to edit a network that is already in place?
