Edit offset distance of offset profile

If you create a profile with offsets, can you go back and change the amount of offset?

In the properties of the profile itself, on the Profile Data tab, the offset distance is not editable.

This was asked and confirmed as NO back in 2005, but hopefully I'm just overlooking something 5+ years later...

You'll need to create a new one and erase the old one.
