Can you post a screen shot of the pdf for these bold fonts?

Does this happen with any bold font chosen?

Here is an example with the courier font.

In dwg to pdf file the firt line is bolt but printed exactly like the second witch is not bold.

In the pdf file witch creates with the bulzip pdf printer the first line printed correct.

Something very similar happened to me recently when creating PDF files from MS WORD

The PDF file had the BOLD text and you could see it on the screen but it would not print it to paper

I just use the PDF printer that comes with adobe, not the built in autocad one

Checking the box below solved it

Yes but with adobe pdf you cannot print pdf with layers. And the size of the created document is huge comparing with that came from dwg to pdf printer.
