Dwg crashes when Prof View is moved.

Here's a nifty one for the deskers. This occurs when I move profile views. I'll send the dwg to whomever would like it in Manchester. Thanks. -- James Wedding, P.E. IT Manager Jones & Boyd, Inc. Dallas, TX XP/2 on P4-3.4/1G LDT2005+C3D http://au.autodesk.com Sign up now for AU2004!

James, I can't duplicate the error. Not that you're not having an issue, but I'm wondering if maybe you've got a bum style from one of the shipping templates, or maybe a style leftover from a preview release. I started a new drawing from scratch using just the acad.dwt. Needless to say building styles has been tedious, but I've had relatively few problems compared to my counterparts...just something to chew on... sm -- Scott McEachron The D.C. Morning James, My first reaction looking at that error message is that there may be more than two two objects (of same type) named same. Civil 3D doesn't let objects be named with same name - but you might have been able to get to that stage some how. May be I am jumping to conclusion too soon:) and perhaps the problem is something else... I would be glad to take a look at that drawing and find the problem Chakri chakravarthy.gavini@autodesk.com "James Wedding" wrote in message news:41816a48_2@newsprd01...
