There is a user in the office who has tried to insert a DWF file we received and only gets the frame; show underlay is set to “yes”. I went and tried to insert the same DWF into the same drawing at my workstation and could do this successfully. I orentated and moved the DWF then saved it for the user and they went back to their workstation and opened and they only got the DWF frame again. It’s a setting…..what is the setting?
