I ran into a situation where I'm unable to renumber the parcels starting any lower than 11. So after some playing around with it I decided to move the parcels I wanted to renumber to a new site to see what would happen. When I got into the dialog box for the Move to Site command, I saw multiple duplicate parcels for #24.

I don't know what causes that madness, but I have begun ignoring the Parcel
"Numbering" and "Renaming" them with Numbers instead
that is some crazy stuff!

This site has a long lot line with a lot of vertices that spans the back of
all of the parcels. On one of the lots there were also some individual lot
lines that lay on top of the long lot lne. They aren't exactly the same as
the segments they were on top of and create some long sliver areas. When the
parcel walks around the edges to get the parcel perimeter it's getting
confused and doubling back over itself.
Erasing the duplicates eliminates the problem. I've also submitted a defect
so see if it can handle this situation better.
