Drive command weirdness

This applies to C3D2012-2014. On some alignments the DRIVE command displays a top view instead of the normal 'street' view. In order to get the correct view I need to set the target height to a value just slightly less than the eye height (3.3' for the default eye of 3.5'). Yet other times the default settings work as they should. This occurs in the same drawing, with the same alignments, and I have found no pattern as to what may be causing this.

Has anyone else observed something like this?

Yes.  Change your visual style to something else, then change it back.  This should work.

Thanks, Todd. Using this approach does work sometimes, other times it just stays looking down. It's actually quicker to just change the target height, as the change in visual style takes ~60-90 seconds on this project.
