You could probably create cogo points at the locations specified in your spreadsheet, using the transparent commands.

Hi, I believe maqsood had a similar issue, check it out
Why not use Excel's Concatenate to draw the polylines? Start the polyline command and paste the coordinates in the command line.
This might help http://docs.autodesk.com/CIV3D/2012/ENU/filesCUG/GUID-C19507FA-54AC-430F-A41B-B0CAFA8A4D8-702.htm

In line with what Steve said, all you need is convert your information to an ASCII format (.csv). You will need to have the station numbers included on each line. Go to the search mode in Civil 3D HELP. Enter: "Creating Points on an Alignment by Importing ASCII Files".
The directions are pretty clear.

I think this is the best way to creat cs for any surface.
Hi
I produce a DLL which it can import sections from a text file and export section view to a text file.
After Loading this file (section.dll) with NETLOAD command in Civil3D, you can export your section view with "Exportsec2xyzoffsta" command. This command generate a text file with PXYZ and Station format from your section view.
Another command is "CreateSectionFromFile". After running this comand, A dialog box will open and you must open your text file and select alignment and other...
Your text file format for importing sectiong must be like this:
//------------------------------

"chainage"+Station and offset and elevation for below column.
Did @kh_night take into account this? :
Remember that GetSectionPoints( ) sometimes returns exrtra points or some misses.
So, you must check the sectionPoints collection if every point is really correct.
Hi
This dll can help you. After loading this with NETLOAD command, Type "Exportsec2xyzoffsta" and then select your section view and corresponding alignment and project level for centerline elevation. I revised and modified my code with your constraint.
I saw that post and I understood that we have a problem in section points.
