Draw Line Marker don't work?

I set this option in Edit Attached Text Label window. On Cross Section i see nothing, any one line marker. I apply this option to Label Style like:
Cross Section|Offset
Cross Section|Elevation
and other and no effect. What should i do? I dont need Grid Styles but Line Marker.

Can you be more specific in what you are trying to
label and what you mean by Line Marker?
