dragged labels in bandset of a profile view reset after xref into a drawing

Hi there,
 
I have a longsection drawing which I dragged the labels in the band of a profile view. It looks perfect in the drawing itself. But when I xref it into a drawing, the dragged label reset back to the default location by itself. How can I fix this? I need the drawing looks exactly the same as xref. image attached. (image on the left shows how it is in the drawing, image on the right is this drawing has been xref into the other drawing.)

Any idea?

This is done under Civil 3D 2012, in Window 7 64bit.
