Double-click edit (Text & Mtext)

We'll I'm not sure what happen here but, I can not for the life of me figure out why the double-click stopped working

PICKFIRST = 1

DOUBLECLICKEDIT=ON

and the Noun/Verb is checked

When I look at the CIVIL CUI, I do not have any double - clicks but the ACAD CUI does - this is load too right.

Anyway any help or suggestion would be great

OK now I have dragged all the double clicks form the acad cui to the civil cui and it looks as though I am getting an error. Yield sign with an exclamation.

Anyway, it seems like the double click is was possible alway working but it wants me to double click super fast.

Is the fast double click limited to only mtext objects?

If not perhaps you need to look at your windows double click spped.

Have you installed any addons for civil 3d lately?

Has there been any changes to your acad.lsp, acaddoc.lsp etc.?

It's limited to text, I for the life of me can not figure out why it is doing it. But it does seem to be limited to a single drawing.

Would you know its my first design job in about 1yr.

I beleive for double click editing to function correctly Noun/Verb needs to be checked in the Selections tab of Options
