You could try with General Note labels using "reference text" components for alignments & profiles and it should display everything you show in caption but not a very automated approach as you'd have to manually add the label to every section view.
As far as an automated approach, I'm not seeing anything straight forward for this using the section view styles.
You can add a title using alignment name to every section view.
