Diaglog boxes does not appear

At input of a command, the diaglog boxes does not appear but C3D 2013 stops working as if it waiting on input.  I notice it on all boxes from insert to osnap. If I cancel or excape, Autocad continues to work as if there was no discontinuity.  Setvars attdia and filedia both equal 1.

What you describe is typical behavior when dialogs are "off your screen".

Other than certain "AutoCAD Map" specific dialogs, I don't know of anything else that still honors CMDDIA.
