Delete or rename databases

I have figured out how to delete the survey databases but I haven't figured out how to delete or rename the Equipment, Figure Prefix, and Linework Code databases.  Does anyone know of a way?

Thanks

These files are foun in here: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D 2011\enu\Survey. See if you can delete and rename them there.

hmmm...I can't find that path.  I am still working with Windows XP, maybe that explains it?

In Windows XP that path is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\C3D 2011\enu\Survey. Look for EDB and FDB files.

Under Survey Tab, click the Survey User Settings (upper left hand corner), check the path for Figure Defaults and others.

Wait, really? This is the designed technique to delete an Equipment Database? The user has to actually leave Civil 3D, hunt around in the Windows file system to find the equipment database (or figure prefix library) they wish to delete and remove it manually using Windows? How about 'right-click on it in the Survey Toolspace and click Delete?' -- You know, like how we copied the database in the first place...

This seems like a very clunky work around to me. Why can we not just delete them through Civil 3D?
