define variable trouble in SAC

Hello,

I wanted to ask you one more question. For instance if I have defined two input parameters, lets say one is a double "A" and the other is grade "B".

I want to create variable which would include following equation: "B/100*A". How should I correctly write it down in SAC?

any ideas?

In order to use the grade you will want to use ctype(B,double). This will automatically convert a 5% to be 0.05 so no need to divide by 100.

So your formula to get a double variable would be: ctype(B,double)*A
