Default new file file

How can I set the new file to be opened when I create a new file? This would be the file that opens everytime I open civil3d, or create a new file. I have a template file I would like to use instead of the default.

Type options>> scroll down to template>> set the location of your templates>>> set the dwt file to use for qnew
