I have been experiencing some issues with C3D 2009 datashortcuts recently.
When opening any drawing that contains a datashortcut, it takes 10 minutes to open that drawing.
For example, I have a drawing to be xref into sheet drawings that only has data shortcuts of 3 alignments and 2 profiles each and a some line work (pline). I have no trouble creating the file and creating the reference from datashortcut at the beginning, everything works well within a few seconds. But the next day, when I open the same drawing again. It takes more than 10 minutes to open the drawing, when i try to create reference of a new alignment, it takes another 10 minutes.
I'm not sure what could be the problem. This is not a progression thing that happens as the project grows in size. I have very limited labels in the drawing. I'm not sure if a long address for the datashortcut working folder would cost a probelm though (100+ characters).
Not to mention it takes even longer when opening the sheet drawing that uses the xref. It seems to be faster if I open the sheet drawing in AutoCAD, but I would lose all the C3D annotative scale in viewport.
