Cut & Paste alignment

Probably missing a step somewhere...

I'm cutting and pasting an alignment object from one C3D drawing to another, however the alignment does not appear in the prospector

Not sure why your cutting and pasting this alignment but here are a couple of options that will work

to copy / share the alignment from one dwg to another.

• Data Shortcuts - If you only need display the Alignment and read it's data for other C3d functions

      then Data Shortcuts are the way to go.

• Create a Data Shortcut the source Alignment to be copied from dwg A to dwg B, reference the

       Alignment into dwg B and "promote" it.

• ExportLandXML the Alignment  from source dwg and ImportLandXML into new dwg.
