Please check the location of the clash in plan.

 

Does the clash lie on the alignment used for the profile view?

I just put the pipe profile in the figure shows, not with interference check.

The profile view will display the pipe crossing where is crosses the alignment.

Unfortunately, there is no goo workaround for this, other than drawing manually.
