How can I create such a picture 2 ??????

You manage the "Look" of it by using styles.  You can import the style from the drawing that has the "look" that you like by going to the Manage tab and select import.

I haven't that style  in Civil 3d file .It's AutoCAD file, I have to create that style in Civil.
