Creating surfaces from geotiff elevations

Hi fellows,

I would like to know if it is possible in Civil 3D 2015 to create a surface (or points) from a geotiff with elevation contours and points, like the one below.

No way, sir: the Geotiff should be a DEM, but yours is only a "flat" raster...

Unfortunately, I expected that.
I tried using the "recognize text" tool from "Raster Design" but it didn't
help me too.

Of course. Here it is.

Well, starting from the bounding box of your Geotiff, I downloaded a 1" Dem from http://gdex.cr.usgs.gov/gdex/

Then I extracted its 5 meters contours, in UTM84_24S system: check the attachment out, containing both isolines and Dem.

Unfortunately I didn't find a bathimetry Dem of that brazilian coast: maybe someone has a link to it..?
