Creating Surface from .sdf file

I recieved an .sdf file from a surveyor (Autodesk Spatial Data File) does anyone know if there is a way to create a surface in Civil 3d from this.   i also revieved a file with just the trianglation for the surface in it (DTM).

For the SDF, have a look at the following:

If you have the triangles, then you could import them as breaklines.
