creating points, "point settings"

where can I set what used to be called "point settings", ie:

what I want to be prompted for

what I want to be automatic

I found it once and I can't find it now...

You can set it globally under the Toolspace/Settings/DwgName/Points/Commands/CreatePoints rightclick, edit feature settings.

You can also set it for the duration of settings points commands (when the dialog closes the settings revert back to the Global settings) on the Create Points palette:
