Creating Dynamic blocks looks at excel spreedsheet in Civil 3d 2001

Can any one please assist me with this? thanks

This might be what you are looking for:

 

In Excel, window the cells you want to bring into AutoCAD. Then do a Ctril+C for copy

In AutoCAD, from the Edit menu--> Paste special . Click the "Paste Link" button and then OK.

 

Your Excel file is now dynamically linked to AutoCAD.

If you make a change in your Excel file and save it, AutoCAD will automatically update.
