Creating a Surface using feature lines

I have a road shoulder built using feature lines, no physical points.  Can I create a surface using those feature lines?  How?

Also, can I create a table with the feature line information Station, Elevation and coordinates for each segment?

Select the feature lines, right-click, and choose add to surface. I'm not sure about how to make the table.

I don't have the program right now. But I think you'd have to set points at each featureline vertex and use a point table.
