Create a detention pond with a set berm, area and volume.

I feel like a newb... but here we go;

I have a berm, with TOP and an area. I know my side slopes (3:1) and i know the volume i need for the pond...

1) Is there a quick way in Civil 3D 2015 to generate a pond using slope and volume as criteria?

2) also, i'll need the pond to have a 1% bottom.

I searched and did not find what i was looking for.. I have been just makign feature lines and offsetting and then trial and error until i get close to the number i need.

thanks.

I think the best you are going to get is a T&E approach; over build the pond and gett the stage storage volume to determine the optimal bottom

Draw a small circle at the outlet location and elevation. Project your 1% grading out from circle and create surface. Project your perimeter berm down to your 1% surface. Paste together.
